Is this subject-centric computing?

Since Topic Maps 2008 and TMRA 2008 I’m struggling to get a clear definition of “subject-centric computing”.

Today Benjamin Bock made me aware of PTPT (spell it PetitPetit). Watch the video below about PTPT – a whole system around “people”, “things”, “places” and “time”. Is this subject-centric computing?
